NIPER Raebareli was set up at Raebareli to balance regional development and promote pharmacy education in different states. NIPER Raebareli was set up under NIPER Act on September 06, 2007 . For the setting up of NIPER Rae Bareli, nearly 50 acres of land were allotted in 2013 free of cost by the Uttar Pradesh government.   NIPER Raebareli was set up in Raebareli, and infrastructure was created at Raebareli by spending crores of rupees. The entire infrastructure created at Raebareli has been dismantled and it has been shifted to Lucknow. It has been done by Dr. SJS Flora with the active connivance of certain officials from the Department of Pharmaceuticals (DoP), Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. Without the blessings of some influential bureaucrat of DoP, not possible for Dr. Flora to decide on dismantling infrastructure and then shifting the Institute to Lucknow by spending crores of rupees of taxpayers’ funds. World-Class Faculty of National Importance Institute NIPER, Raebareli

If you visit the website to know about the world class faculty of NIPER, Rae Bareli, you will not get the complete profile of most of the faculties.

Now you must be wondering why they are not showing the profile of their gems appointed under the direction of India's No. 1 scientist.

So, let me tell you the reason, because they are all people with extraordinary talent and are so busy in teaching and research and they don't have time to create their own profile which can be uploaded on the website.

Maybe a professional will be hired by NIPER to write their vast and exceptional profile.

I'm not even fully aware of their extraordinary work, but let me give you a glimpse of the high-quality profiles out there.

Most Associated Professors didn't guide any PhD student, but because I already told you they all have exceptional profile.

One of the Associate Professors appointed had completed his PhD in 2017 and became Associate Professor in 2019. You can see how talented he is.


Meanwhile, if you go through the NIPER Act and statutes then the eligibility for the post of Associate Professor is 8 years of experience and for Assistant Professor is 5 years of experience. The experience should be after acquiring the essential qualification which is Ph.D.

Other NIPERs follow it, but as you know that NIPER, Rae Bareli was lucky to get the No. 1 scientist as the Director, so he always follows a different path.

The Big Canadian Dreams & Future of NIPER, Raebareli

There are two stories that are connected to each other, although they have no direct connection. The First Stroy   In 2008, the Government of India notified 3 national level institutes National Institute of Fashion Technology ( NIFT ), Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology ( RGIPT ), and the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) in Raebareli. All these 3 institutes started functioning in the rented campus of ITI Ltd. Raebareli. After 5 to 6 years, NIFT and RGIPT got their permanent campus and building in the Raebareli district and established themselves. Now, they are fully functional from their campus in the district Raebareli. RGIPT, Raebareli NIFT, Raebareli NIPER, Raebareli was also functioning in the rented campus of ITI Ltd in Raebareli. Research without chemicals a new art developed by NIPER-R

Do you think research can be done without chemicals? Most of you would say that it is not possible. But I can prove that it is possible if it is done under the supervision of India's No. 1 scientist. Scientists from NIPER Raebareli not only published 4-5 research/review publications but also guided 2 Ph.D. students using the compound Monoisoamyl Dimercaptosuccinic Acid (MIADMSA) in the last two years. Now you can say that but they used MIADMSA. So wait, let me explain. According to the RTI reply of NIPER Rae Bareli, there is no record of that chemical with the NIPER store.
